I'm staring at my toes,
it's funny how your body grows when you're alone,
I'm starting to get weird,
I just had an irrational fear of dying alone,
until someone taps me on the back,
I almost had a heart attack,
when I saw her face,
She caught me when I fell,
could this be my saving grace?
I dunno.
And if the stars fell from her eyes,
then I would burn to death,
just like all the rest,
this feelings hard to digest,
because my stomach is tied up in knots,
and it's tightening up my chest.
Laying in the snow where our names were written,
until my feet became frostbitten,
It's winter again,
But we stay warm,
It's winter again.
See I'm fond of the snow,
'cause it helps to cover my tracks,
so nobody will know,
exactly where I've been,
and so I can't find my way back,
but she melts my anxieties,
just like the snow will melt into water and wash away my sins,
and hopefully hers too,
'cause I'd rather not know where she's been.

I got to know TS thanks to them supporting The Cure in 2016. Now, six years later, I was in the same place tearing up to the climax of every song in their set. Such a phenomenal sounding and raw live recording. furtherdowncol
